What is a French permanent nail polish or VFP?
VFP are regular nail polishes, which dry super fast, which are matte and very opaque. In combination with the Fini-plus, the VFP becomes as resistant as a gel nail polish and very quickly. The VFP must be well brewed to become homogeneous. It is very liquid but dries so fast that it reaches the tenth finger, the first is already dry. VFPs can be stored for a very long time in a drawer protected from light and moisture.
Marbled Nail Art with VFP nail polish
Here is an easy nail art, very fast to achieve with French permanent polishes.
- Apply a layer of white VFP
- On a silicone mat put 2 drops of VFP of the color of your choice
- Apply a layer of Fini-Plus without curing
- Take some color polish with a brush and make some zig-zag lines on your fingernail to create marbles
- Feel free to play with your lines, come back on them, thicken them … the Fini-Plus is no longer dry, so you can touch your marbles as many times as you want.
- Once you like it, cure it for 30 seconds on the LED or 2 minutes under a UV lamp.
- Put a layer of finish over and cook it
