Apply metallic foil

Today, we'll explain how to apply metallic foils, also known as foil, between two layers of coating. This applies to any type of coating. Here we will use ball resin, but in the video, Valerie explains how to do the other techniques.

Applying foil with ball resin

  • Apply a layer of ball resin
  • Cut small pieces of foil
  • Directly with your resin, take the metallic pieces and apply them to your nail.
  • Apply your colored resin balls to the areas you want.
  • Add a few more glitter if needed.
  • Sprinkle clear resin over the entire nail, then a layer of ball resin.
  • Repeat the clear resin + ball resin process.
  • Cure
