As a Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will actively contribute to the growth of Ongles d’Or by introducing our products to beauty industry professionals—nail salons, spas, nail technicians, and specialized distributors. You will play a key role in prospecting new clients and retaining our existing clientele.

Main tasks

• Account Management (B2B) :
  
  Ensure regular follow-ups with our professional clients (salons, nail technicians, etc.)
  Provide personalized service, recommend the right products, and communicate new arrivals and promotions.
  Assist in the creation of sales/marketing content
  
  

• Prospecting and market development (B2B) :
  
  Identify new potential clients in the nail and beauty world.
  Conduct prospecting via phone and email (no travel required).
  
  

• Customer Service (B2C) :
  
  Welcome and advise clients in-store.
  Respond to telephone and online inquiries, process orders.
  Any other related tasks
  
  

Desired profile

• Experience in sales or customer service (B2B and/or B2C).
• Comfortable with cold calling and personalized consulting.
• English required (spoken and written, for calls).
• Strong interest in the field of beauty and nail products.
• Good sense of organization, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a foot care instructor to join this exciting expansion and pass on their expertise to the next generation.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate foot care training (theory and practice)
• Supervise students and ensure their progress
• Pass on best practices in hygiene and techniques
• Evaluate acquired skills.

Profile sought:

• Experience in foot care (mandatory)
• Podiatrist, foot care technician, naturopath, or nurse
• Comfortable communicating and teaching
• Professional and human approach

Schedule:

• Flexible mandate adapted for self-employed workers
• Flexible schedule to be determined according to your availability
• 3-day training, 6 to 10 times per year, in Saint-Nicolas
