To participate in the draw, you must complete the survey above and leave your email at the end of the survey before February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

1. DRAW ORGANIZER
This draw is organized by Distribution Ongles d'Or, located at 1818 chemin Filteau, Lévis, QC, G7A 2C2 (hereinafter "the Organizer").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The draw is open to anyone who:
• resides in Quebec;
• is 18 years of age or older at the time of participation;
• is not an employee, representative, agent, mandatary, or household member of an employee of the Organizer.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, the customer must:
1. Complete the customer survey accessible within the contest validity dates.
2. Provide a valid email address at the end of the questionnaire (optional, if anonymity is possible).
Only one entry per person.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
The following prizes are offered:
• A gift card worth $150
• Products chosen by the organizer with an approximate value of $150
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
5. DRAW PERIOD
The participation period begins on January 21, 2026, and ends on February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
6. WINNER SELECTION METHOD
• The draw will take place on February 16, 2026, in Lévis.
• The winner will be chosen randomly using a random generation tool.
• The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
7. CONDITIONS TO BE DECLARED A WINNER
To be declared a winner, the selected person must:
1. be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw;
2. respond and confirm their identity;
3. correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (requirement of the Criminal Code of Canada);
4. accept the prize as described.
In case of non-compliance, a new draw may be held.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be delivered:
• by email, mail, or in person, depending on the nature of the prize;
• within a maximum of 30 days after the winner's confirmation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organizer assumes no responsibility in case of:
• technical, computer, or network errors;
• lost, delayed, or misdirected entries;
• difficulties related to prize delivery beyond its control.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information provided (email, name, etc.):
• will be used solely for the purpose of communicating with the winner;
• will never be sold or shared with third parties;
• may be deleted upon request.
11. RULES LANGUAGE
In accordance with the Charter of the French Language, the rules are available in French. An English version may be provided for informational purposes, but only the French version prevails.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By participating, individuals accept:
• these rules;
• the final and unappealable decisions of the Organizer.
13. MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
The Organizer reserves the right, if necessary, to cancel, suspend, or modify the draw in case of fraud, technical failure, or any other event beyond its control, without, however, reducing the rights of participants.
