How to use:
Leave CND Pro Skincare Exfoliating Scrub on the skin and massage an equal-sized dollop of this Activator into the skin until the crystals have mostly dissolved.
Use slow effleurage movements to apply Activator to the hand and arm.
Wrap hands in warm, damp towels and let sit for 5 minutes.
Remove towels and massage any remaining product into the skin.
