This mermaid effect powder can be use with gels top coat  polishes of almost every brand. 
Final result can change when use with different colors

Steps when use with gels: 

1. Apply base coat, black color and top coat (make sure to cure between each coat) 
2. Remove the stickiness (if using UV product with residue)
3. Take the stick and dip the sponge into the powder
4. Rub nails with sponge
5. Seal with top coat
