How to Apply Oh Bling UV/LED Glow in the Dark Finish
1. Preparation :
Prepare your nails by applying your favorite polish or gel. Let dry completely if using regular nail polish.
2. Application of the Glow Top Coat:
Apply an even coat of Oh Bling Glow in the Dark Finish to each nail. Cure under LED or UV lamp according to manufacturer's recommendations (generally 30-60 seconds for LED, 2-3 minutes for UV).
3. Removal: File gently to remove the top coat. The product does not blend and requires mechanical removal.
