VINYLUX nail Polish Application and Removal

VINYLUX weekly polish, featuring time-released durability, actually gets stronger over time for 7+ days of flawless color! The color is self adhering, so there's no need for base coat. 30 minutes application.

Vinylux Top Coat Application :

1. Shake the bottle vigorously to blend.
2. Apply one thin coat to each nail surface and extension edge.
• a. Remove the applicator brush from the bottle and wipe it against the bottle's neck to drain excess product from the brush.
• b. Hold the brush parallel to the natural nail and place the brush in the center of the nail slightly away from the cuticle line.
• c. Gently push the brush toward the cuticle line and glide down one side of the nail toward the extension edge of the nail.
• d. Lift the brush and repeat on the other side of the nail, followed by the same steps to coat the center.
• e. Be sure to seal the extension edge to ensure long wear.
3. After five minutes, condition the nails and surrounding soft tissue and increase set time with a light mist of SolarSpeed Spray.

How to apply Vinylux nail polish:

1. Shake the bottle vigorously to blend.
2. Apply one thin coat to each nail surface and extension edge.
• a. Remove the applicator brush from the bottle and wipe it against the bottle's neck to drain excess product from the brush.
• b. Hold the brush parallel to the natural nail and place the brush in the center of the nail slightly away from the cuticle line.
• c. Gently push the brush toward the cuticle line and glide down one side of the nail toward the extension edge of the nail.
• d. Lift the brush and repeat on the other side of the nail, followed by the same steps to coat the center. Leave a tiny free margin around the sidewalls and cuticle area of the nail to avoid color flowing into the eponychium and sidewalls.
• e. Be sure to seal the extension edge to ensure long wear.
• f. Detail the surrounding skin with ScrubFresh and a CND ProSeries Gel Flat Oval Brush #6 if color gets on skin.
3. Apply a second thin coat to the surface and extension edge using the same process.

French Manicure with Vinylux:

1. Shake the bottle vigorously to blend.
2. Apply one thin coat to each nail surface and extension edge.
• a. Remove the applicator brush from the bottle and wipe it against the bottle's neck to drain excess product from the brush.
• b. Hold the brush parallel to the natural nail and place the brush in the center of the nail slightly away from the cuticle line.
• c. Gently push the brush toward the cuticle line and glide down one side of the nail toward the extension edge of the nail.
• d. Lift the brush and repeat on the other side of the nail, followed by the same steps to coat the center. Leave a tiny free margin around the sidewalls and cuticle area of the nail to avoid color flowing into the eponychium and sidewalls.
• e. Be sure to seal the extension edge to ensure long wear.
3. Apply a second thin coat if more coverage is desired.
4. Apply a thin coat of white color to the tips of the nails, in an arched smile line to flatter the nail shape. Carefully detail with a gel oval brush lightly dampened with ScrubFresh to perfect the smile line.

Removal :

1. Have the client wash their hands with soap and water and towel dry.
2. Massage CoolBlue into the client's hands to cleanse skin and help prevent transmission of germs.
3. Saturate a plastic-backed, lint-free pad with CND Shellac Nourishing Remover. Place pad on the nail plate only and hold for five seconds.
4. Use firm pressure along with a circular motion to remove the color from the nail plate. Be sure to concentrate the pad on the nail and avoid the surrounding skin.
5. Rub the nail with a plastic-backed, lint-free pad soaked with CND Shellac Nourishing Remover to remove any residue.

Important Note :

- Vinylux features adhesion promoters in the color coat that deliver 7 days of chip–free wear and eliminate the need for base coat. Applying base coat will create a barrier between the color layer and nail plate and will not ensure 7-day wear.
