The little extra to add to a Shellac enhancement: ideal for a touch of color, for an additional shine or to achieve a chrome effect! The kit contains 4 jars of 3g of chrome and holographic pigment: Pearl Obsession (white chrome effect), Lightning Bolt (blue chrome effect), Off The Chain (rose gold chrome effect) and Gold Party (golden holographic effect).
As it's applied over a Shellac colour, you can achieve different effects by varying the background color!
Instructions
Prep nails and remove all dust;
Clean oil from nail using Scrub Fresh and a lint-free pad;
Apply a thin layer of Shellac Base Coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp*;
Apply a first thin layer of the Shellac colour of your choice and cure under a UV/LED lamp*;
Apply a second thin layer of the Shellac colour of your choice and cure under a UV/LED lamp*
Dip a dry brush in the Over the Top pigment of your choice;
Apply pigment by rubbing it gently on the cured Shellac colour (the Shellac coloured layer is tacky at that point);
Apply CND Shellac No-Wip top coat and cure under UV/LED lamp* to protect and seal your design;
Apply cuticle oil and you're done!
* Curing time may vary depending on the model and wattage of the lamp used.
N.B. Never blend pigments directly into Shellac as it will alter the Shellac formula and affect the cure and wear.
Conservation
CND Over the top effects pigments can be kept at room temperature, preferably out of light sources.
