Why Shellac UV Polish rather than regular polish?

How to apply Shellac?
Apply a Shellac base coat, a color coat, and a 'top coat' finish. Cures with a UV lamp. Shellac is self-leveling, requires no filing, and removes with acetone in 10 minutes.
