Its delicate weave allows for optimal adhesion to the nail when used with resin, while remaining virtually invisible once covered with gel or polish. This 1-meter length allows you to work on multiple clients with excellent value for money.

How to repair a nail with silk:

• Cut the silk strip to the desired size (generally the width of the nail).
• Apply a very thin layer of resin to the clean, dehydrated nail.
• Place the silk strip over the area to be reinforced or repaired.
• Apply a layer of clear sealing resin or dipping resin to set the silk, then cure with a brush-on or spray activator.
• If necessary, apply a second layer of resin.
• File the edge of the nail and the repaired surface, then use a sanding block on top of the nail to make it smooth.
• Then apply your polish or desired finish.

Pro tip: for an even longer-lasting result, use our clear sealing resin as the first layer on your silk. As this resin is thinner, it will perfectly fill the gaps in the silk.
