How to use it?

When you finished to file nails, put our Top Coat Matte Finish (FPM15).

Put the watercolor of your choice and use it with the thinner (WBE02) and create your perfect design.

When it's done, use a Top Coat or UV resin. 

* Wait until the watercolor is complety dry before to put the final Top Coat. *
