Shop online from the comfort of your own home and save on delivery costs by picking up your order at our store in Place Fleur de Lys in Quebec City, Promenades Beauport or at the head office in Lévis, Saint-Nicolas sector.
HOW TO USE IT:
When placing your order, you will have to choose a shipping method, you will have the possibility to select one of the 2 Ongles d’Or branches located under “Pickup in store”.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER ARRIVE?
Place Fleur de Lys and Promenades Beauport Stores:
Orders are shipped to Place Fleur de Lys every Thursday *, excluding holidays. You must order no later than Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. to be able to take possession of your order the following Thursday. For example, if you order on Tuesday after 5 p.m. or Wednesday, the package will be delivered to Place Fleur de Lys on the Thursday of the following week. The order will be sent to Place Fleur de Lys only after payment has been received.
Saint-Nicolas Store:
Orders will be available for pickup at the Saint-Nicolas store the next business day after the order is placed, afternoon. (Check the opening hours of the store)
HOW TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE IN STORE?
Show a Distributions Ongles d’Or sales associate a printed copy of your invoice (which will be emailed to you) along with a government-issued photo ID.
If you are sending someone to pick up your order, please provide their full name in the “Comments” section as the final step in placing your order. Your representative should present to the sales associate:
- government-issued photo ID;
- a printed copy of the invoice.
For security reasons, you (or your agent) will be asked to sign a sheet confirming that you have taken possession of your order.
** Free delivery to the Place Fleur de Lys store excludes certain oversized items.
Shipping costs and times
When you order from Ongles d´Or, delivery can be made by several carrier companies recognized throughout Quebec and around the world. When ordering online, you will see the applicable transport options for you.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen. For residents of Quebec, they are generally between 1 and 7 working days.
Shipping charges are applicable to all orders under $ 150.00 (before taxes). These costs will be adjusted according to the weight of your order, the delivery address and the carrier chosen. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering online and you can choose from the available carriers.
Free shipping
From a purchase of $ 150.00 (before taxes), you benefit from a free transport credit of $ 10.00 applicable to the carrier of your choice. For each additional $ 20.00 purchase, you get $ 1.00 in additional transportation credit, up to free transportation, or a maximum transportation credit of $ 50.00.
Ex .: For an order of $ 195.00 (before taxes): the customer benefits from a basic transport credit of $ 10.00 and $ 2.00 transport credit is added (since 2 additional $ 20.00 increments), for a transport credit-free total of $ 12.00.
* Special handling
Some products require special handling. For such items, special handling charges will be charged. When shopping online, a special handling charge will be noted.
* Oversized Item
Certain products have a weight or a volume outside the norms of regular transport. The shipping costs for these items will have to be calculated manually by one of our representatives. After receiving your order, one of our representatives will calculate the transport costs according to the dimensions and the place of delivery and will contact you to give you the exact amount. The free transport credit will apply to your order according to the normal rules.

In rare cases, depending on your location, transportation adjustments will be necessary. You will be informed if necessary.
Receipt of your order
Your satisfaction is important to us. When receiving your order, make sure the packaging is not damaged. If the box is broken, check its contents before the carrier leaves. In case of item (s) broken during transport, ask the carrier to make a report and contact us to make a claim.
In the event of missing or broken item (s) during transport, contact us immediately. No request will be processed after a period of three (3) working days following receipt of your order.
Return of products purchased online or by phone (excluding in-store purchases)
Return due to order error (wrong product received)
- No return will be accepted without a prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by the company.
- Returned products must be in their original condition: the packaging must be intact and the item must not have been used.
If the error is on our side, we will make sure to fix it as soon as possible. - In the event that the error is on the part of the customer, exchange or credit on the product is possible, but the return costs are at the customer’s expense. The customer must return the product within 30 days of the invoice date of the purchase, otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- You must contact one of our representatives within 7 days of receiving your order. No request will be processed after this 7 working days deadline.
Return of a purchased product that does not meet your expectations ** :
- No return will be accepted without a prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by the company.
- For a refund, after acceptance of your return, a 20% fee will be charged for handling the return of goods.
- For an exchange or a credit applicable to the next order, after acceptance of your return, no costs will be charged for the handling of the return of merchandise.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, whether it is a refund or credit.
- Returned products must be in their original condition: the packaging must be intact and the item must not have been used.
- You must contact one of our representatives within 7 days of receiving your order. No request will be processed after a period of 7 working days.
** For technical and hygiene reasons, some products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Return of broken product(s) still under warranty
- The product must still be under warranty ***.
- No return will be accepted without a prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by the company.
- The product must be sent in its original packaging.
- A return label will be sent by email.
- Upon receipt of the label: print it, stick it on a return box (do not stick it directly on the product box), and schedule a pickup with Purolator within five (5) days at most.
- The costs of forwarding the defective products and shipping the repaired or exchanged product are at the expense of Distributions Ongles d’Or (Only if the warranty is still in force and there is indeed a defect. a product returned non-defective after verification, the costs of shipping and returning the product are at the customer’s expense.).

Return of products purchased in-store
Return of broken product(s) still under warranty
- The product must still be under warranty ***.
- No return will be accepted without a prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by the company.
- After the agreement, the customer brings the product to the store for repair (or exchange, as the case may be).
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A customer who does not wish to come to the store can, after the agreement, return the product to us by courier or another carrier (note: in this case, the costs of forwarding to our offices and the costs of shipping the repaired product ( or exchanged) are at the customer’s expense).

International delivery
Ongles d’Or delivers internationally: Europe, America, Oceania
Orders leave our warehouses within 24 to 48 working hours. The amount of delivery and delivery times depend on the country of delivery. An estimate is available from the first page of the basket depending on the weight of the items chosen and the country you have indicated. We offer different types of shipments, tracked or not, by air.
Payment methods accepted
Only Paypal payments are accepted for customers outside of Canada and the United States. Paypal will allow you to pay by credit card, debit or directly to your Paypal account.
